You can never reach such high work productivity with only your hands. Some auto submitter also contains tool which will improve also your manual submitting.
For example Chameleon Submitter will automatically fill submit forms for you (including most of the passphrase codes) if you're submitting manually, you can also use more submit windows at the same time, etc. You'll submit manually into 100 TGPs within couple of minutes (if you have practice and good connection).
Plus hundreds of submits into another TGPs is done automatically.
I'd like to see how long would it take to submit to 900 TGP/MGPs only by hand
