By that rationale, you would suggest that pornography is defined by complete nakedness. This is untrue. Pornography is sexually explicit pictures (or writing) whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal. Some men (and women) are more aroused by a model in bra and panties (or even fully clothed) than by all-out naked fuckfests. If you choose not to list non-nude models, that is obviously your choice, but your understanding of it's definition is wrong.
