Great news!

I managed to find out what campground it was at by searching online myself.

The people there were very helpful and even concerned about how our daughter was doing. They also gave us all the information that we needed to contact their insurance company.

So I am going to see if I can get a fair shake without a lawyer first.

That's good news too. The babysitter probably doesn't have any money so suing isn't going to help with her.
