Heather, I would for sure get a mini DV over the hi8 or vhsc.
Fire wire is supposed to be the best way to down load video, but I do not know anything on USB 2. I also suggest pinnacle 9 for editing and whatever for videos. You have a wide range of formats to choose from mpg, wmv, real and so on. Hope this helps some. |
