These people have previously sent me checks passed the 60 day expiry date! and have been months late sending this one - I'm all for giving people a fair chance, but now I'm pissed.

Hit em with legal straight away. I'm serious ... if what you say is true, you need to hit em with legal asap.

had a sponsor go bust on me when others sued him. Quite easy to go 'bust' when you really want to ;-)
