strange PR

Hehe well I hope that has changed now Cleo

I want to open my LinkList(weboflinks) for site submits and so on again, cause I think it has some potential since its hardy got any sites listed and still is PR3-4......how should I do to get it going? I accually have the sitye submit page up and has always had but noone is submitting to me :/ I dont have much traffic but google visits regulary and I could pass on some PR to the sites
