I think if someone I knew had some good smarts, some web skills, and a good understanding of online communication- I'd give a brief explanation of free sites. Show a link list, show a free site, then show the LL's rules and that would take a bit.

Iggys Tutorial would probably be great as well.

With tommys paid partnership it's a great time to get into it as he can see results or lack thereof pretty quickly.
