Dangerdave submit license, need url for applying

I bet I could make a ton of money by setting up a site called dangerdavesubmitpass.com and charge a $50-100 one time fee for fake passes.

I have his submit page bookmarked and have visited it dozens of times, just waiting for the day that he says, 'OK, apply here'. I may have start sending him christmas cards or something. You just never know if brownie points are going to help
