I would say that combo is a submission assistant. GASS makes the mirror pages, and I use custom fields in indenties of Robo Form to fill out forms.

Thanks Selena.. that combo has the kind of functionality I meant.. not the exact application I was shown though.. and Ive no idea of the name now. The guy paid $90 for it if that helps jog anyones memory.
