It ain't rocket science, but I'm not indirectly educating spammers, just to make myself appear to be clever on a message board. Bollocks to them... It's like link list owners posting WHY they won't accept free sites from one or two geographically located hosts. Cheaters, content thieves, black hats and spammers should all be kept in the DARK as much as possible. Nothing has changed since the first post in this thread, because I think you guys are going after the wrong host. Read my previous two posts in this thread.

The DMCA violation can be sent directly to Google and Yahoo. I have done so on at least two occasions and the infringing sites were removed from the index within a matter of weeks. Here’s the Google link: http://www.google.com/dmca.html#notification
Once Google finds in your favor this is what the search will look like (note the bottom of the page): http://groups.google.com/groups/sear...ff&qt_s=Search Information is stored at Chilling Effects. This is an example of a report I filed. http://www.chillingeffects.org/dmca5...?NoticeID=1222 The same can be done for the index proper. I noticed someone filed a DMCA violation that applied to one of my targeted SERPs. Check out (again notice the bottom of the page): http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...ch&sa=N&tab=gw I did not get an approval notice. The DMCA notification just showed up in the SERP. However, on another matter, when Google disagreed with me they did e-mail to suggest that I provide more information. I hope some of this helps. Good luck. |

Aw, Dad, you've done a lot of great things, but you're a very old man, and old people are useless
