The only thing we settled was the webmaster referral issue, I had grabbed the only link I saw and now being told that was not for a flat fee. I take that as I am not 100% sure if I had other options at that time. I will make a post later with some numbers that will make you scratch your head. I have to finish some work now, but I will be back with those numbers soon

You're not at any risk with us. A lot of people work with us, we have over 2000 active affiliates, 100 million USD paid and over 7 years on several markets. With all are our markets convined we're in fact one of the biggest programs around.

Here he have the same guy with some big hatred telling again the same when has been already clarified just because he can't afford to say "ok, you were probably right" and prefer to be shown as heroe in front of the community. Even if he's not right on what he said.

Just make your own evaluation based on facts and dot not guide only by the words of guy with a high level of emotion on his words.

I don't want to sound arrogant as well, i can understand part of his frustation of not getting reply to his questions in several months. That is complete understood by me as well.

The members area are not the same than 4 years ago. I'm not sure where did you subscribe but all our members area are practically the same and you can find unlogged at www.dvdstore.com. Is in fact, one of the biggest DVD archives around. We don't have that bad score on thebestporn or pornusers. We have even better score than many other programs that you promote.

About your breakdown of sales, you were paid that because those were trials that canceled before suscription not before the first 4 hours. That's why i told you that the information Tony gave you was wrong.

I don’t find a reason why should I compensate you just because you want it when nothing wrong happen. That is simple not fair. You also told me that you were going to tell all the people your experience which is fine and that you're in fact in your right to do so. But what you can't do is to say that we stole from you because that is not true and that is defamation. Simple as that.

We can continue all day long with this issue but honestly tell you that i'm getting fucking bored of fighting with somebody who only wants to see what he wants to see and we are never going to get to a point.

Sure sounds like Pay Per Active to me when you only pay if they continue. PPA programs pay much larger on signups. Just look at all those $100+ webcam programs.

Also all your pages all indicate that the programs are PPS, not PPA.

Earn up to $38 for each $1 trial, regardless of whether your visits take the direct subscription or not. You always get paid $30.

4 hours is not PPA. Is what most program do under PPS such as Nastydollars.

And you cannot compare webcams with paysite memberships.
