No offence Apu, but when they were handing out religions you must have been out taking a whizz

I don't do much TGP submission, but I always read whatever notifications I get back from them.

I read both acceptance and rejection letters. I recently received my first
rejection letter and replied to the webmaster
regarding the problem -- he was very
pleased that I had even bothered to
read my email! I thought everyone did,
but apparently not.

I like to know where I've been listed if
my submission is accepted, and to learn
from my errors if my site was rejected.

Additionally, as I am a newbie at building
and submitting freesites, acceptance/rejection emails provide me with a way to get to know the people
behind the linklists -- that would be
you guys!

No matter how good you are at something, there's always about a million people better than you

I always read the rejections if I get one. There has been some helpful advice on them. Then save all as a backup of record I submitted there if ever needed. You never know when you`ll have to resubmit for something simple or whatever. And the acceptace emails sometimes contain additional correspondence, comments and site update info.
