Ive been up and down my whole life, mostly up. I commend everyone that is getting in on this. And honestly no matter who wins, the end results will be a healthier "you" for everyone. Im unofficially in. I had started just prior to the BBQ..and am looking to continue on through next summer. Im in for the long haul, and will root everyone on as well as work on my own weight loss goals.

Hell, I lost about 45-50 pounds in the last 4 months. But over the last 3 weeks, I gained back 20. I suspect eating a meal or two/week is not the best way to lose weight. Once I started to eat normal again, the weight just started coming back way too quickly.

I have my picture ready but will "weight" for Greenie to put up the official thread.

grin i said the same and yes i bought a new one...ques what that one gave 4 pounds more on my weight, so i hide the new one and use the old one!

Not sure if its because knee injury I had, and I didnt do much sports since then or those 4-8 beers I was drinking almost every day

Not only No but HELL no, lol. I'm self conscious enough just thinking about a pic in shorts and a t-shirt. I thought about a pic in my bathing suit, but damn my thighs are big, lol.

I have my pic of my weigh-in and found out it is hard to take a pic of the top of a doctors scale, felt like I was going to bend over backwards to get it in focus. I've lost 3# since I weighed myself last, wish I would have waited for the contest, lol. Maybe I can get MadHatter to take a pic over my shoulder and get my head in the shot, lol.

well that explains ....i have lbs on my scale, but i always use kilos, so i thought the amound in lbs i saw this morning on my scale, that my scale was getting nuts, i thought lbs is same as pouns, so 2lbs is 2 pounds, one kilo....not...that i found out now, still ...i weighted more then i expected!

I just got on a scale for the first time in years - 185 lbs with my hat on.

I hate taking pictures but what the fuck - having a smaller gut might make my dick look bigger. Not so worried about loosing weight as getting in better shape and eating better and being more active can't hurt.

I'm in if I can do a picture once a week - say right before OTB on Saturdays.

Hey - I could loose 4 lbs if I get a lighter camera!

If it was about 10# ago, but trying to lose 17# (10% of my weight) would put me under 155. That isn't realistic and not a very healthy weight for me. Especially since I'm building muscle and that weighs more then the fat I've worked off.
