I've got to get MadHatter to take of pic of me for my before pic. I really hope I can stick with it, even if I only lose the 18lbs / 10% it would be a great start. Got my scale pic. Right now I'm eating for lunch eggplant out of my garden along with some other veggies and tofu stir fried in pam into a pesto sauce made out of my basil. Yum. Eating healthy can taste good.

Since I wasn't 220 lbs. like I thought I said fuck it, and made a sandwich on a big Kaiser roll with ham, roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese and provolone, slathered with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lettuce and tomato

That’s right, challenge the sprinter to a race right after he runs a marathon....
From 236 to 194 in 1 year… I so would have loved to have this contest when I still had weight to lose but I really don’t want to go below 190. Best of luck to everyone, I really hope you all accomplish your goals. |
