This site was rejected yesterday and the email said it was because of blind links.

I've had a good look through it and through the code and can't see anything that is blind or misleading.

Can you give me a few pointers.

Hi Rayzor,
You are a victim of me becoming less forgiving on blind and questionable links. Your link "View Sample Video" link between the enter and exit links is blind enough for me to reject it. The surfer would reasonably expect a video to begin downloading or their media player opening when clicking on that link, not a paysite tour. It does say "Round & Brown", but it should say "at RoundAndBrown.com" to make it very clear.

Fair enough, although you guys sure are strict

I always aim to keep within the rules, so if any don't fit then just reject 'em , if any are good then add them, i always think of this as a bit of a game of numbers.

Hey Johnny - you keep submitting all of your free sites to Hardcore, but most of them could have been submitted to more appropriate categories which would work better for both you and the lists you submit to. This site is site could have been submitted successfully to group sex or MILFs/Wives. You were rejected as a wake-up call. The site itself was fine.

The very first text link on the index doesn't mention the link's destination, so I'm viewing it as blind.

I noticed that you removed the fourth link out on the gallery pages.

To anyone else that submits to Javes:

I am becoming increasingly more critical of blind and potentially blind links. Text links which are not adjoined to a graphic banner must inform the surfer of it's destination, either within the link itself or within neighboring unlinked text.

Also, gallery links should not be so close to a banner or text link that one could easily click the wrong one.

Almost any site that I reject, I am willing to list once corrections are made. I'm good like that.

I didn't like how the Enter link is in the table add for the paysite. Makes the surfer wonder where they are entering to.

That's still in the queue, but the very first text link is blind. Either put in the table ad with the promotional text below it or tell the surfer where they're going.

It's just crappy. You even mispelled the Sponsor's name. You use 'Main Page' often. Don't do that. Use 'Enter' like the rest of the world.

Blind text links. 'Main Page' instead of Enter. Just basically low quality and sloppy.

You need to put more effort and thought into your sites. It's not that they're horrible, but there isn't anything about them that makes we want to list them. I review for four different link lists and I see so many sites each day that I feel I can demand quality construction and just a little bit of creativity. Just work on refining what you're doing and you'll get there.

-Your 2257 link opens in a new window.
-Shady mouseover on your exit link.
-Incorrect mouseovers on your paysite links. Ie, the paysite is bangingmachines.com, but the mouseover says lovethatpower.com.
-You need to had a <center> immediately after your <body> so that the whole page will be centered.

I thinks that's about it. Fix those and you may resubmit it.

Hmmm.... I have no idea. I don't like the 'Enter' in the first link out on the index, but other than that, it looks fine.

Ok, I'll change that enter link on the index, you are right, it could be considered at least semi-blind. I'll resubmit it, don't know where there are more than 3 links out on any page though, unless perhaps you are counting the movie clip links on the main.htm, but those aren't links out.

I didn't realise that was not allowed, i thought that was allowed to link to a bit of sponsor movie content, without it counting as being on another domain.

I'm not sure how others deal with that situation. I'm pretty picky about the "all content on the site's domain" rule. I don't even like seeing banners being hotlinked from sponsors who allow it. I can be pretty picky some days. Honestly, it can be a roll of the dice. Sometimes I'll ignore it and move on while other days I get pretty picky about rules. I'm very passive-aggresive.
