adding dynamic keywords

I am thinking about adding some dynamic keywords to my enter/warning page. I would update them once a day. Do you think this is a good idea? Will it actually get me a better ranking if the content of my page varies?
I know that I should put the same keyword into the page title, meta tags and body..

I also read about cloaking.. that would be very interesting but I think most of you think of it as unfair play..

Updated content will help you get the spider around more often but it's a toss up as to whether it will help you get more traffic... it's more an issue of how you do the pages/ keywords and other factors like incoming links. However fresh pages sometimes get a temporary boost in the serps.

Cloaking by IP delivery is an excellent way of delivering the maximum number of surfers to your money making sites whilst allowing you to keep your SE pages 100% focused on getting traffic. However you shouldn't use it on a long term site that you don't want to get banned, or on any site on which you have link trades with other people (in case their good sites get sucked down the gurgler too).
