Windows Internet Explorer and Streaming H.264 movies
Streams perfect and starts playing for me after just a few seconds in Windows FireFox and all Mac browsers using the QuickTime plug-in but for some odd reason Windows IE downloads the whole movie before starting to play it.
This is the test movies. Is there a setting in IE that can be changed so that IE starts playing the movie before it is fully downloaded?   |
