A little advice please

Need a little advice. Here is my situation. I am currently recalled into the military and have been for almost two years. Since what I do in the military and the civilian world is somewhat sensitive I hold a clearance that requires frequent background investigations, etc.. Anyway, my recalled time is up in April and I will be returning to my real job. I started doing websites and getting into the business as a way to supplement the pay cut I had to take when I was recalled. Now that I have been doing this for almost a year, I feel I could eventually do this full time. I am no where near that yet but hopefully will be in the future. This is where the advice is needed. I have taken all the steps I can to keep as much privacy as possible. I got a PO BOX, I use Domains by Proxy, whatever I can do. My civilian job goes a little furthur with their background checks. To give you an idea they interviewed my first grade teacher. MY FIRST GRADE TEACHER! LOL. They also asked me about another alias I susposedly used. It turned out it was my birth name that was changed to my adopted name three days after I was born. They go a little overboard. I work for the "company" that most webmasters would consider the enemy. LOL. I don't want to give up on the work I put into this business but I also would like to stay employed until I feel comfortable as a full time webmaster, if that happens. Do you guys have any other suggestions? My only other options would be to put everything into my fiance's name or get another job and definately take a pay cut. I realize this is a bit on the personal side but this is the only way to get advice and suggestions from other webmasters who might have gone through a similiar situation.

The thing is, if they catch you, you could be really fucked. That corper world tends to be pretty nasty about tainting outed employees with bad records and gossip.

It's easier to make 100k a year working for the corps than in porn.

It's never the actual offense that ruins ya, it's the cover-up.
