Help A Fat Guy Out

So I've created a new site to help me lose weight and also to give people my recipes (friends ask for my recipes all the time when we have parties).

I was thinking about having a weight loss content and we could even pit GG&J members against another board if you wanted.

You can track your weight loss and fat loss on-line, get recipes, share ideas, learn a thing or two and maybe even help others. I would appreciate everyone stopping by and offering some feedback.
