Freesite Review Request

Hi
I'm almost done building my first freesite, and I was wundering if you guys could help me out by reviewing it. I probably missed a lot of details, but I've tried to apply all the stuff a learnt so far.

The site is not finished [need the other LL recips, mirrors, the pix in the galleries, etc] but i'll finish it up quick later on.

I also have about 2.5 million questions, but I'll keep trying the search feature for most of 'em.

Here are a few really quick ones though:

- Are thumbs without links used as publicity considered blind/misleading links? If they don't link anywhere, what harm can they do?

- Is it better to submit the above site to LLs in amateur section or webcam section?

- Do I have more chances of being accepted on a link list if i put banners instead of only links?
