Here is an update. It looks like the problem is both poor communication skills and poor bookeeping skills. I have given these people a few more days to take care of this matter.

I have never had to do this and I don't like it.

I want to paint him blue and put him in my backyard with some gnomes and then dress up Angel like a milk maid. I don't find any of this erotic but it is fun to do and it seems that adding a dwarf to the mix does wonders for sales.
