I had been avoiding it because I didnt know how to use it, it took up too much space and I am impatient waiting for my morning coffee.  But I grabbed a manual online and its great! However I think when they used it at the office they didnt clean the filter basket enough and its very blocked. I will try soaking it in something nasty but I may have to just order a new one. I'll drink drip coffee but it's like drinking bath water with a little coffee flavor added.
And don't get me started on those big fancy espresso makers that make barely hot espresso that is more like warm water out of the tap.
