but i am going this year again (next that is) but i don't get it what they want to do with the new format

But then again i will be drunk and talk abou biz and get some good deal i hope so i don't give a ....... whats that word

I think Mandalay is a bad choice. Venetian offers many choices for hotels around it and a better bar setup with the circle bar. We'll see how this goes but I remember 2 years ago the Mandalay Bay show was by far the worst I've ever been to. With no circle bar hangout to find people and mingle and do some serious business people mostly went their own way. I hope that's not the case this year.

Oh yeah you are right .. tho i do remember we all met at that island bar in the middle of the Mandalay. I was just thinking on the Venetian @ 300 a night Harrah/TI at 200 vs alternatives at Luxor for 120 and Excalibur for under 100.00
