hey dareutwo, what is the review time for jays on average?

Jojo - yes resubmit and put "BL removal and RESUB" before the description
kapishon - BL you on Mark's for template sites and overused free content, haven't seen a reason to lift that for Jays. japamor - template sites and poor recip grouping. (sorry I missed your earlier post)
