We've always owned our own home, from the time we got married (I was 22, Carol was 18). But Porn did buy us a much, much bigger house, and also bought us 2 others we still have. Porn is also paying for my "little" house on the hill in the British Virgin Islands

Bill, sadly, the longer the republicans stay in power, the bigger the FUTURE bill gets. It never ever every comes due when they are in power (although I guess they finally did during Bush 1, which pretty much did him in). Until things get fiscally so bad that there are no other choices, debt and overspending are issues swept far under the rug, so next election they can talk about the "tax and spend liberals" (as opposed to the "just spend conservatives").

Guess I paid for my house with corporate money back in the earlier days - but I can say that porn has definitely added some nice features to the house which was already a custom built 4500 sq ft monster - just really finished a major landscaping project that added about 25k value to the house and added a nice pool and hot tub two years ago - and most importantly has bought my retirement "house" on three axles - a real nice king of the road 5th wheel that has all the amenities of home built in. - still looking for that perfect retirement property in Tennessee for the cabin and farm

(Im a little picky in that it has to be right next to the Smokies LOL)
