As for stories, they are copyright like any other material. Unless you have the express permission or license to publish a story, it isn't any different from a picture. Do you (or your "friend") have a license for the content on your site? Anyway, your front page doesn't match the rest of your site in the slightest... Well what I can say.
Thank You for You help. U know as well as I do that the majority of webmasters submiting their links don't have any licenses for content. But it is ok - You don't ask them for licenses. I just don't understand why You have such an attitude for me. I just came here to learn something about this business. Because I knew nothing. I thought forced sex stories and inces fiction was ok because i saw them on other sites. A knew nothing. And now You tell me - get away... what can I say again Thank You very much for Your help |

And of course when I register an account with any affiliate program I need to tell them everything even sendig passport copy. So don't understand what You are trying to find.
I am just looking at this posts with wide opened eyes. I knew nothing about licenses for free stories. And now I am trying to figure our what to do  I paid people for this program Ihave on server, paid for domains.Now I see I needed to go here and ask You first Anyway any help will be appreciated. Probably there are some affiliate sex stories programs with free stuff? |

If you really want to get in the game correctly - here is a list of story sponsors that will give you licensed content to use on your sites:
http://www.greenguysboard.com/resour...s/stories.html Then put together a site using their content, your own designs, and no tricky stuff like hidden text. Spend a little money to get hosting at a company that doesnt hide stuff, and you should be good to go. |

as for hosting I think I use a good company - canada based as for hiding - when i bought domain at godaddy it suggested me this proxy thing for free... actually I still not sure how it workd and what to do. And to tell the truth I don't want my real name to be posted throughout internet associated with porn - at least until i live where I live. I will be happy if I could ask You and other webmasters for help and advice in the future. So if You need any credentials I can send them upon request by e-mail. |

Dear Plateman, just imagen that a guy for example from Iraq wants to earn some money. He is lucky enough to know some English and to have a computer.... He wants to work, to do something, to earn some money. But people arond him think that he needs to study Koran or smth like this. And that's why he does not wont to post his name everywhere....

arvidas, if your government or country or whatever does not permit you to work in the adult industry, CHANGE JOBS. Nobody here will help you break the law. There are a number of people hanging around here from places that do not permit porn, and sooner or later, they all disappear. It is truly amazing.
35 posts in, and I have no idea where you are from, except I can guess "eastern europe". Changing your domain registries to another version of hiding really won't help much. If the ownership of the domain doesn't match up with other information as provided, you will have a very hard time getting listings and keeping them. Alex |

The report found that owner data for 5.14% of the domains it looked at was clearly fake as it used phone numbers such as (999) 999-9999; listed nonsense addresses such as "asdasdasd" or used invalid zip codes such as "XXXXX". In a further 3.65% of domain owner records data was missing or incomplete in one or more fields. Extrapolating from what it found, the GAO suspects that owner information for 3.89 million of the 44 million registered .com, .org and .net domains is fake in at least one respect. Increasingly whois data is being used by law enforcement and security companies to find out who is running a website involved in spamming or some other scam. The GAO said there were many different sorts of sites on the domains with incomplete or false ownership data that included search engines, porn sites and consulting services. Many domains had no website associated with them. As well as looking into owner information, the GAO also investigated the procedures for correcting fake data. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (Icann) has the role of overseeing the net's domains and recently attempted to tighten up the policing of owner data. However, the GAO found of the 45 reports on dodgy domain data that it submitted to Icann, 33 were unchanged after 30 days. Of the others, 11 were corrected and one domain was deleted. The GAO recommended that more effort be made to verify the information by domain owners and that greater use be made of commercial software tools to check who runs a website.
