I agree with the 'what happened to teasing?' posters here. The idea is to get the freesite surfer to the paysite, no? I don't want surfers spending much time on my galleries, I want them to spend money on memberships. Giving away too much of the 'grail' of whichever niche you are trying to sell seems a bit much imo.

There are a few issues here - what surfers want; what surfers should get for free; and what's best for webmasters.

Maybe i'm biased, but IMO what I personally want as a surfer also fits in very well for the freesites submitters, which is why freesites and linklists work in the first place.

Webmasters give a bit of a variety of content in a freesite, with the general focus around the chosen niche. However, that variety is limited to one or two sets. This works for the webmaster because it's inexpensive. It works for the surfer because they get teased, they see enough to know they want more without getting enough to blow their wad.

If you go the other way and fill a freesite completely with cumshots then the surfers like me lose interest and it's highly probably the ones that just love seeing cumshots will be able to bust a nut from what they're given for free and there'll be no chance of a sale.

I readily admit i might be wrong, but if everyone submitted sites with content like the the example given I think freesite sales accross the board would drop significantly.

well, i totally agree with you all, teasing the surfer is of course what we want to do. I know that giving it all away isn't going to work for anyone. But my point is that tease is subjective. Greenie says he could look at facial cumshots all day long, so isn't that 24 pic site a tease to him? Maybe after looking at those 2 little galleries he's so hot he wants more so he signs up at my site. Those 24 facial pics got him worked up more than a site with just the last 2 money shots, so I get the sale

And of course you're not going to do this with every category. I like anal, and I don't want to see 24 of the same up the butt shots either. But if you want to get me hot, there's got to be more than just a couple of three good pics, that's all I mean.

I think pics are, by nature, teasing. You only see that particular moment in time, and have to wonder about what went on before and after, use your imagination - that's what gets you hot. I think anyone who can get off on 24 pics doesn't need a paysite anyway

Movies are different, imo it's easier to get off on 4 20 sec clips strung together than pics, which is why I don't do movie sites.

To me, teasing is showing the surfer a little bit of what he really likes, so he (she) will want to see more of the same. It doesn't necessarily have to be a progression from softcore to hardcore. It depends on what you're trying to do, and who you're trying to tease, and how you want to tease.

you soon need to get your paid freesite builders because making money from freesites after what you require will become impossible for submitters...

pictures on free sites = samples, nothing more nothing else if you build a successful freesite. what you ask will be offering actual content arleady.
