I now have 3 methods under my belt that don't work for something we've been working on for a while. However, the concept is showing true promise.

Other than that, its been a very very busy last few months. Now if I could double the speed of light.....

Morning all. Just some programming today and then just the usual updates to some sites. It's going to get really hot here. In a couple minutes I have to run to the dry cleaners to get some stuff ready so I can have something nice to where tomorrow night.

Tonight I'm told I'm to plan a "date night" with the lady. So I'll be thinking of a place that will be fun for her and have TVs around so I can keep track of the games tonight.

I have been sick for week and I am tired of it! I do feel a bit better today and a little more clear minded so I may actually get work done today.

If you grind or clench, what I did, your teeth you can use a mouth guard to help stop it. My dentist made a custom one, insurance covered it, but you can get one at a sporting goods store. I had to wear it for about a year when sleeping. On a good note, that was years ago

I tried the mouth guard, drugs, and therapy - it was my ex-wife that cured me of grinding my jay - I got rid of her and the stress went away......
