I would agree with GG - hosted banners have a mysterious way of disappearing and reappearing over time

GG, following sites rejected with "Template Is Overused", although:

1. This templated is used first time this month http://www.subnorm.com/sites/gayhardcore/sex/index.html

2. This template is completely new http://subnorm.com/sites/gaysex2/sex2/index.html

I'm pretty sure you have made a hack like

if(url.contains("subnorm"))
reject("Template Is Overused");

look into the encoding on your movies...they are not working right in WMP
