holy shit, i go away for almost 2 weeks and this thread got to 135 posts... Yikes

I'm sure glad i got in on the partner account when it was 50, i wouldnt pass it up even now at 100 of course, i remember the good old days, i used to check my stats daily just to see if i was listed at the site, because if i was, that meant i would make some sales

I dont know if he is a cheater or not, but if he is, and there is good proof, fuck him, the honest folk that are willing to pay the bux to get in deserve to not have to compete with cheaters, and I love the fact that Tommy does his best to keep them out, lots of sites that charge money for an account will give it to anyone as long as they get the money, which isnt fair to the others that are honest IMO.

i find it interesting that someone can stand up for the guy who failed the test, and only get upset at tommys decision to not refund the money. Not a single word about this guy, not a single questioning of his actions that might have made him fail the test.(addressed to Makay , not to tommy)

Think twice, and u will see one of the reasons (or in some cases the only one) that honest webmasters these days have to pay, is due to cheaters.

I say, see it as a little pay back to all honest webmasters.

It seems you want to prove something that is well known to people.

I do not know about any evidence that you cheated anyone, and I've been around since cca 1999 in this business (back then my free hosted free sites were listed on Tommys Bookmarks

, that was definition of easy money). I'm sure none of board members know of such evidence - because it doesn't exist.

My points:
1. I'm not sucking up
2. I'm not trying to make Tommy a saint - he's just good bussinesman
3. Tommy it's your site, your discretion is to keep money if you feel it will help your bussines.
4. I need to get back to work, this thread is too long

BTW, this is coming from a guy who got rejected by Tommy for $100 pass. I didn't reapply and I won't - got over it and moved on to sites who want to list my stuff. Period.

he tried signing up twice and I kept his money saying that I beleived he was a cheater
