We just received this answer from a webmaster we asked for a license because we suspected him of using stolen content:

"hi - about that gallery - i'm sorry but that gallery wasn't marked with your license so i thought that was a free sample - anyway if you say that it's has your license - i'll delete it then (make sure in the future to sell content with your mark - it will save you a lot of time)"

So please mark all your content and make sure to put "these images are NOT free samples" on top of your pages, so we are sure that webmasters like this one will not be confused in the future..

LM I think the term "Webmaster" might be a bit generous in this case.
