Good morning

Woke up early, feel like shit lol. Tired and sore. On top of the physical strain of painting I took a hard fall yesterday on the ice. Thankfully I landed sideways on my shoulder on the grassy area and not the cement as I went full force. On cement I likely break a colar bone or dislocate my shoulder so I am counting myself as lucky now that I think about what exactly happened and how hard I fell.

Today I am working now but once the important stuff is done in a few hours, I have to get over to the house again and work on emptying the POD we rented in July. Most of my clothes and our other belongings have been in that damn thing since July

The house is done enough I can empty it and fill the bedrooms. Be nice to access everything again and get rid of that rental cost.

After this fun filled day

it'll be 5pm

with friends because I have to go to Halifax tomorrow or this weekend, I think, because my Mom had a heart attack and open heart surgery while I was in Vegas. She's fine, hopefully, her heart rate is up and down is the only concern. Issue is, my Dad passed away December 10th last year so she lives alone and since I work from home, I'll be spending a few weeks down there with her at the house to help her out and whatnot. I am just waiting to see when she'll be released to go home to decide when I am going.

My daughter flipped out on my wife yesterday. Daughter says we won't see or hear from her until the new year. That makes my wife sad. Me, I'm just becoming numb to all my daughter's BS. I'm not very empathetic here but at some point you want to just say enough already!

More BIL crap today. I have to give him a shower as home care system stumbles along in its effort to get him a PSW. Later, I take him to the doctor to review his blood work and adjust his meds.

The best part of my day is I get to have dinner with three good friends from high school. One is here from Ottawa. Actually, Vankleek Hill. Ramster may know where that is. After that, I'll throw myself in front of the TV and watch the rest of TNF.

Ramster, glad to hear your mom is recovering and lets hope it's a speedy one. As Art said, this is the place for long paragraphs.

Have a couple of chores today inside the house again and since it's still raining I'm not going anywhere anyways.

Besides that it's just biz grunt work and need to renew another batch of domains.
