PR3 TGP For Sale

I have a PR3 TGP site up for sale as I am looking to exit the business because of some family difficulties.

The site can be completely automated by running a script in the Cron tab at your host. The script will generate straight HTML pages for the entire site. Also comes with an admin section which was built on a GPL PHP solution.

The site also comes with a script which will submit posted URLs to Google when run. I have used this in the past to increase link popularity.

Stats are not huge as the site was only launched in March and I had a run-in with a host that forced me onto a free host. I have stopped working to migrate to a paid host at this point and also stopped my SEO efforts. However, the site sees approximately 200-400 hits per day right now and is listed in Google, Yahoo and MSN with some decent keywords.

You can check out stats at statcounter.com using the login thumbometer1 and password password1. Unfortunately this was only, again, a free option implemented once I was bumped from my other host and it will only show the most recent 100 visitors.

You can view the site at Thumbometer.com, but would caution you to use FireFox if possible as I have been told that the host attempts to install spyware.
