It's that time again to crawl out of bed and awake to a Hump day. 20110928
Just another thrilling day of work and errands planned on this sunny start of the day.
I installed a plug-in yesterday that lets me do JavaScript lightbox galleries on my blog. I know it works in Safari and Firefox on my Mac but if others could see if it is working in their browsers too it would be appreciated. Does everyone see a carousel image gallery below the YouTube video and does it open the full size picture when you click on a thumb on this page? Might go for a bike ride later today after I get my work done if the weather stays nice and that is about as exciting as my day is probably going to get. |

Hump day! Can't believe it's Wednesday. Too much to get done and not enough time as of right now. Have a ton of work to deal with and a possible chance at getting a site that makes decent money for just keeping it up and working. See what I can negotiate. Would be nice to pick up.
Watched the new show Terra Nova. So far I really like it. Then I started watching the new season of Sons of Anarchy. Was a good tv night. Have a good one everyone. |

Good morning.
Terra Nova, I'll have to watch that show as I remember wanting to when the previews came out. |

Good afternoon,
Stayed home today with some kind of stomach flu. I spent the entire day on the couch and in bed so far. Now I'm feeling a bit better. I watched Battle Field: Los Angeles, not that good of a movie if you ask me. Anway, have a nice day all! |

Good Wednesday Peoples
I've said it before & I'll say it again: I hate when offline running around ruins my work flow. Once this morning & once this afternoon - how am I supposed to get my feng shui going? Quote:

Good afternoon guys. It was raining earlier today, but it seems to have chilled out so far. Nice fall day here in NY.

I made a couple of changes based on your feedback. Although the images are still huge, 1400 pixies saved high quality, but the file sizes are less than they were. Being the type of blog it is I'm guessing that people are more willing to wait for them to load and more apt to bookmark and share higher quality images. |

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

Afternoon all
Cleo, when I loaded that up in chrome, and clicked on a pic, the youtube video stayed so it was overlapping the pic. Not sure why mine didn't work as well as greenie. Had my neighbor walk by while I was picking weeds, and got talking to her and she admitted she had a bin area that was full of leaves and pine needles. The guy that had the house before them had tons of trees and plants, and I'm thinking it is a compost pile that has been cooking now for several years. She said I could have it. Going to go down tomorrow morning and check it out, I should be able to use it on my front yard garden beds, and save a bunch of money on mulch. Doesn't take much to make me happy. I'm eating so many veggies now, I really want to grow more of my own. Have a great afternoon all!

I wonder if you hit it at the same time I was changing out the pics or making other changes to the blog? Maybe it was just a fluke... I just tested it on my iPhone and it works. |
