It happens a lot in the movies but I have yet to experience them.

I have turned on the news to see it's relevant to my situation though. Had a wild man in our area once. I was pulling up and my lady called me to warn me that shit was going down. There was an insane amount of cops everywhere and helicopters flying around telling people to remain indoors. I just stopped in the road near some cops that were blocking off a street trying to contain the guy. While waiting there I then the guy go running across the street into this canyon. Behind him about 300 steps were 4 cops chasing him and then the cops by me took off.

When I got home my lady had the tv on and a new helicopter was showing the man being chased down and captured. It was awesome.

So many visual cliches that's not rooted in reality. Makes watching movies such a waste.
