Looking for a cam network that pays girls 100% for bringing in their own customer

I don't do a ton of cam whoring, but I'm looking to join a network that pays girls 100% (or close) on customers they bring with their own traffic.

iFriends promises this, but I think it's just a bullshit ball-and-switch. I know for a fact that I have brought two brand spankin' new members to the site and done everything they outlined to get 100% payouts, but I'm still being shafted. They keep sending me form letters about how I should read their FAQ and that they appreciate my feedback, but refuse to tell me in what way these two guys did not qualify as new members. They've been nothing but condescending and refuse to answer my questions except with the same cut-and-paste form letters, and I'd rather take my guys elsewhere.

It seems like every cam network has a mixed reputation, but I also take it with a grain of salt when so many cam girls seem to be illiterate greedy flakes.

So I understand this right -

You are asking for a cam netowrk that lets you perform and say the end user is billed $50 you would want to see the entire $50 paid to you?

I don't know of sites like this though I do know of service providers that can forfill your needs and deliver payment on time

Anyway.. I take all my private clients that i can't sneak into paypal to sexxyeyes I get 15.00 per each 45.00 card they buy + like 55% of the show.

or to nite flirt which pays 70% flat.

However the other option would be to make a special page on your processor and have it as designated cam shows..

$20.00/5 minutes
40.00/10 minutes. and have them pay you thru your processor.. at least you'd be getting around 80% after the fees.

This could all be done in house - if you get a merchant account or 3rd party then use a VT to process the card, they the only costs you have are the tax and processing fees

Processing like this means you could also bill per minute AFTER the event - now thats not an easy thing to do these days

It's really not that greedy and far-fetched an idea. It's a great way to attract girls to work on your network: give them a fatter cut of their customers that they bring in on their own, customers that will also perhaps buy shows with other girls. I know one of my guys that I brought to iFriends is already eating up an array of hot chicks in private shows, so I feel like I should at least be compensated properly for the shows I do for him. I suppose I'd be better off trying to use Clickcash if I'm going to get shafted on their promise of 100% payouts on my own guys.

If you got real big spenders on tap then why not send them to a revshare site, then you get x% of their ongoing spending -- a lot better than a one-off 40$ from clickcash.

That's why revshare cam sites are always top of my list.

I was just trying to understand what you were asking, I send traffic to camcontacts - they sign up and spend with the girl. To me the client is mine, I found them I sent them not the girls.

If what you do happens a lot in the cam world then it would be risky to have you on a network as what you are doing is know in the sales world as 'Cherry Picking'

If I have read this wrong and you are on about people you your self activily have found your self and were not sent you via iFriends etc then I do appologise.

If she has big spenders who want HER, why on earth would she send them to someone else's site for a percentage?

I don't know how anyone can give you 100%....the CC processor has to get their cut too. However...seeing as our site is just getting off the ground, I'd be happy to make some kind of arrangement with you.

Because the serious cam spenders are fickle guys who are "in love" with her this moment, but in two weeks time will fall "in love" with some other girl. If she has done the intro to the site with that other girl then even when the guy stops spending all his pay check on her she will continue to get the % of what he is spending on the new girl.

It's a sort of risk mitigation, and you can end up with a pool of guys spending more hours with different girls (you getting % of their take).

Also, she can't be on-line all the time so if she's not around when the guy needs to play he may well end up playing with someone else, and again she gets a %.

The key point here is that there are these particular big spenders who spend crazy amounts, everybody wants to catch them -- and getting a % when they are camming with another girl is still good stuff.

If introducing them to a site with more hot girls keeps them around then so be it.

I'm not looking to join small networks, because frankly, I don't appeal to everyone, and it could be a waste of my time (and your bandwidth.) Not every guy out there wants to see me licking my hairy arm pits, but those who do, adore me. A network needs to have a good hairy fanbase for me to consider joining.

Anyhow, as I said, the point of offering a cam girl 100% of shows from members she brings in on her own is two-fold: it attracts computer-literate girls who do their own marketing (for herself ans the network), and brings new guys into the fold, who may also buy shows with other girls. Think of it as sorta like an affiliate: A girl would get 50% of the sale for a member she enticed to the site, plus she's being paid for her cam work.

I agree, guys can be fickle. But, my primary goal online is not to sell affiliates, it's to sell myself (paysites, my store, and camming), so I'm not interested in sending my loyal fans who adore me out to other sponsors.

It might sound weird if you've never been in my place, but I do believe that plenty of my guys will me with me to the end. They feel comfortable telling me their secrets (from secret obsessions with TV shows to secrets that could ruin careers), they know me, I know their interests, and I do think they honestly prefer me over being sent to a random cam site and told to go find a substitute if I'm offline.

I don't even need 100% of a show, I just want to be compensated better than 50% for guys I bring in on my own and spend big bucks with me. Maybe Homegrown Video will restart their cam network someday, I believe they once did 75% of shows for girls' own customers.

I understand your position, maybe you should consider running it yourself? Given that you are already handling membership and ccbill. If you want per minute charging then buy a single girl license of one of the cam site software packages.

Of course this would require server and tech support, but for a one girl occasional-show situation that might be managable depending on your resources.
