New Peddler looking for advice
Hello, I run a website that is just starting out, and I've been looking for a good webforum to get involved with to pick up tips, tricks and just learn the business. Looks like I found it, so I thought I'd introduce myself and see what others in the field think of what I have so far, and maybe get some feedback on how to get myself out there better.
PimpLogic.com So far, I've tried out some of the popular listing sites on google with minimal results, and I'm finding that my site really isn't meant for that type of linking where new galleries are thrown up minute by minute and I get lost in the frey with the 3 or 4 galleries I make in a week. Other than that, I have the numerous pages of hosted content that I post in categories and put with descriptions. User feedback is enabled on the site, and encouraged, but for the time being it remains unused due to the low traffic. So I guess the big question is how to get traffic to my site? I'm putting in the effort so far to keep them interested, however the work is going to waste on the incredibly low level of traffic due to my "newbieness" in actually getting my site out there and promoted to the WWW. Any tips? Feedback on the site itself?

Hi there, welcome to the board.
I would promote you site in a show me something else link at the bottom of galleries that you submit places for the surfers that don't click on your gallery sponsor. |
