Which LL rejects for 1st Party Counters?
I know MML said LOR only rejects for 3rd party counters. I also know at least one LL that doesn't accept counters, period. Are there any other LLs that accepts free sites with 1st party counters, even if the counter image is pulled from a separate server on a different domain?
