ad managment cgi
can anyone recommend a decent ad management script/program? ive tried 3 so far and the results have been awful. most were perl scripts. Just need something that can handle ads and rotate fairly easy.
Thanks! Chelly |

I used to use OpenX, too - but it's awfully slow and needs a lot of server resources. Also it's a lot of work if you want to add many banners. At least when I used it it totally lacked any import features, so it was dozens of clicks for every banner.
In the end I wrote my own banner rotation solution based on node.js - which doesn't come with any management interface, though - it's just using files stored in directories What are the features you are looking for?

I use OpenX too and have for many years. It's really gotten bloated with added features and I'd consider using something else if there was anything worth using.
I'm wondering if anyone has tried Smart Spots and can give some feedback on likes and dislikes about it.
