I would probably still add their content, thou I would NOT know if I was doing it. It's rare that I can actually put a face to a pornstars name or remember that they passed away a month ago or more.
While typing this the following thoughts crossed my mind, so I will share: Does the regular movie industry look back on fallen actors/actresses at award shows with a "In Memoriam" as a way to honor their past works? Do you stop watching their movies? I still do and here is one as an example. Heath Ledger passed away sadly but I still enjoy the movies he did. Anytime I'm flipping channels and say "A Night's Tale" is playing I will leave it there and watch it. I have the DVD but it randomly showing up on TV is like receiving a nice surprise. So the question is, are not adult stars actors/actresses? Should they not be honored for their works? These are just questions and thoughts that popped in my pea brain. I personally would not go out of my way to do a "Person X died so check out this content" kinda thing. But that is me. I don't think I would hold it against anyone that did. |

That's what she said

JR just said what was on my mind.
There are not many faces I have a name on anyway, so my adding would be unaware. I would not take advantage of the situation either, btw. I'm thinking; If I pull stuff when a porn star dies, wouldn't that be some sort of saying "what you did was wrong, so I'll honor your memory by wiping it away"? I think the world needs to respect and honor a star choice and work more. It's just to much "she's a slut" still. Unfortunately. And to support JR's argument, I will still listen to the best Motorhead albums, although the classic line up now has left us. I think it was a nice gesture by Brazzers btw, but that was a suicide, wasn't it? The movie and record industry would have done the same. I hope. Jolly |
