Outlook Express
I just had a telephone call from my father with a problem I could not help him with, so I'm hoping someone here can give him some advice.
He was replying to an email, wrote a very long reply and got called away half way through, so saved it in "Drafts". When he came back to it it refuses to let him work on the email, he cannot even get a cursor onto it. Anyone know what happened and how to fix it? |

Just had another call from him. Apparently the draft on the screen is not showing the original email (he is replying to someone's message to him) only the bit of his reply that he had already typed. But he can print it out, and when he does in prints the original email as well. So I am thinking that maybe he has accidentally set some security setting (such as an "anti spam" lock to prevent him replying to a Spanish prisoner type email).
This could be something simple, and very obvious. My father is in his 80s ant not at all computer savvy. |
