So, pornsites venture into carsales = actual .ru SE spamming!
I was looking up some RV and 4x4 links and look what I found in Google on page 1 and 2 results: plenty of russian sites spamming search terms, and the entries appear to be script generated, so you read
Carla's Choice of modified Toyota trucks - one is from page 1, result 7! I have actually reported this spam to Google and received a long reply already...
