My overly energetic partner is out jogging but I have yet to make it out of bed other then just long enough to grab a bowel of cereal.

 I ain't sayin' how nice it is here today 'cause it'd piss too many people off. Yeah, I know, we get hurricanes sometimes...but fucking snow after mid-April is a bit much unless you live way, way up in the arctic. You know, like Canada.

Spent most of yesterday in the sun on a dock at the lake. My boys were bored of fishing about 5 minutes in, most likely because the class didn't allow casting so all they did was drop their lines in the water and then wait for something to happen.
 Today will be a busy one getting the kids ready to get back to school and trying to cram in a last bit of fun for them. |

Back home and it is warm, in fact it was warmer at 8am today then at any time we were in Canada, except when Bluebrit lit a fire  Kim and I want to thank Emerald & Bluebrit for being gracious hosts to us in our extended stay. Kim is already missing the company and vows not to let that many months go by again before going to visit them. |
