I've been making a little by getting leads and thought I'd share the simple process for those who may want to diversify. I use the NeverBlue affiliate program and focus on freebies.

An example: You can promote a free Xbox 360 gaming system and get 2.25 per lead. Some are different, but you get paid just for getting the surfer to put in their zip or email in some cases. It's pretty good conversions. I will show one of my sites as an example....

You can promote these with Seo, article marketing, web 2.0 and all the other normal ways of promoting your sites.

There are a lot of different freebies you can promote and make a little extra. ie. Free gas cards, free grocery cards, free gift cards (think walmart, target, etc..)
