well if you sure you followed it completly correct you can check with your host maybe something is not suitable for their servers or something or they can install it for you
 i know i made my host work on scripts few times before i got the hang of it |

Sparky is simply amazing.
I love it when he sends me a couple of lines of code that then takes me forever to figure out what to do with it and where to stick it and once I do figure out where it gets inserted my life suddenly improves.  |

How true..it was a very simple referer script for my index page..nothing fancy and it was making me nutso that it was not working..I see the 2 changes he made..one I think involved a log the server made that only the server could write to and not the script..duh!! how simple!!
