Actually, i think if anything more people would be reluctant to click on a link that was http: //refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=XXXXXX-0000&PA=XXXXXXX&HTML=http://etcetc.com/792090889882343. etc.

Plus it makes the links on your own domain so it just looks like your link is going to another page on your site..

i.e http: //website.com/website

It sounds as if you're not using tags .../>CLICK HERE</ for your links, at least how you're describing it. Why would you do that?

No i definitely do that, i just wrote them like that to make the example of what they would see in the toolbar when they mouseover
