Good morning, Friday!

I'm finally looking forward to the weekend. I will be going to Fort Lauderdale and spend some time outdoors!

What're your plans for the weekend?

Love living here.

The pier is a few miles from us. Click for a live view.

Laundry, work, more laundry, more work. That pretty much sums up my day's plans.

Working tomorrow but weather permitting going to check out the bike trails at West Lake Park/Anne Kolb Nature Center Sunday. We usually kayak around the mangroves here but want to check out the bike trails so going to take our bikes instead of our kayaks.

I'm 1/2 way thru a bag of candy hearts that The Bitch gave me for Valentine's Day - healthy breakfast, huh?

Just work for me today - have a great Friday!

Morning all.
Woke up in the night feeling kind of crappy and took some alka seltzer cold plus, fell back asleep and woke up groggy. Didn't get much done yesterday, so I have a lot to do and I'm having a hard time getting started. For the most part, my allergies are pretty much gone with avoiding dairy and wheat...until the wind blows like it has this week.

Oh well, I can't bitch, I used to feel this bad every day, I haven't taken any kind of allergy meds since last August, so I'm doing pretty good.

Have a good one all.

I woke up at 7:20, had a couple cups of coffee, began working while listening to Rammstein. Had a bowl of Cocoa Krispies, went back to bed. Woke back up at 12:30 and had two teaspoons of Nutella. I have major energy issues lately. I wonder if it has anything to do with the lack of consistent sleep and my amazingly shitty diet?

If you're interested, their concert starts in about 20 minutes: http://snrly.com/1j for the event page.

Long day yesterday, long day today. But, c'est la guerre.

Hope everyone has a good Friday.

Good afternoon. My allergies are doing me in too. I tried going off gluten but that didn't seem to help. Next is stopping all cheese which will not be good since I love cheese.

I think I need a nap now. Have a good day!

Rammstein is pure king! They keep on impressing me.

I'm way behind my plan of progress, so I'll guess I'm deep shit buried in templates and blog-writing all weekend.

Wish I could see Rammstein LIVE.

(THe one time i Did, my lazy friend had bought tickets on the seats as far from the stage you could come. I saw something move inbetween some fire'ish small stuff in terrible sound.
(I want to see them again, and I want to stay front row to get my hair burned of!)

Well you know boys, a nuclear reactor is a lot like women. You just have to read the manual and press the right button

Day one down of family weekend in the mountains of phx for my brother in laws recovery program. Interesting to say the least. First time I'd seen him in about 7 months. He looks much better than before. Time to go out to dinner with another family that lives in San Diego as well.

fun fun

Cheese was the HARDEST thing for me to give up, but I noticed a huge difference when I got of milk products. I had wheezing asthma when I worked out, and took allergy meds almost daily. That all ended.

Here is a pretty good "cheese" recipe I just made. Tastes more like a mozzarella then a sharp cheese. I used olive oil instead of canola, left out the miso (couldn't find it plus I'm sure it has gluten) and added a bit more lemon juice instead.

I chunked it up on pizza, and plan on making grilled cheese sandwiches today, something I haven't had since I gave cheese up. Watch out for the "veggie" cheese in the store, as it has dairy, and enough to screw me up.
