I am not aware of any services the use divs for recip layouts. the code looks clean in comparison to tables, the down fall is old browser support is not that great, and it relies on CSS.

At some point though it's high time to tell people still using IE 5.5 to bugger off and get themselves a new browser. Most, if not all, recent browsers support CSS 2.1, and xhtml strict.

Being able to render proper recip links -and- having it validate xhtml strict would be very nice for me due to the way I handle my free site building.
