Not sure on the rejection emails, prolly search this site to see, but rr gives a date through which they have gone. If your site was submitted 3 weeks ago and it says it's up to the current date then it's prolly a no go.

Richards Realm has a long backlog but they give a time estimate on the submit page.

i thought someone said in another thread the backlog for sultans was like 6 months. hqseek is a couple days behind i believe. So if you haven't heard from them in a couple days you probs wasn't accepted. Keep submiting though for awhile. If after a month you don't have any in that's when I start dropping lists.
