Morning

Not much going on here, just the normal BS work & a drip to the

doctor this afternoon.

I did upgrade to Namo 9.0 over the weekend - the learning curve is pretty easy

Rather sunburned morning here.

Spent most of the day at the beach snorkeling. It would have been a pretty decent day but my new replacement camera died.

I'm really beginning to think these Panisonic Lumix TS3 cameras are great until you actually try to use them and then they just die. Going to be calling Panisonic as soon as they open Texas time.

Other than dealing with this POS camera going to be calling some more malpractice lawyers, going by my doctors and trying to get some work done in the hopes that surfers are in the porn buying mood.

Morning all

On Day 2 of my juice fast, and down 2 lbs.

I have to go the "poor man's juicer" route by straining everything out of a blender using a paint strainer bag until I can afford a juicer, but the movie Fat Sick and Nearly Dead seriously inspired me. I'm going to try and do a 30 day fast.

Just getting ready to start on my building and submitting. Yesterday, I tried making cat food and not only did that not work very well with the grinder that I had, but after hours of work, no one wanted to eat it.

Oh well, life goes on, lol.

Red i think blending the fruits are much better , has some fiber with them like that!

Good morning. Had a blast with friends in the desert for a bachelor party. After two days of drinking, golf, and partying I'm tired. Going to be a slow day with no expectations of what I hope to get accomplished. The first course I played on Friday was just amazing. I'm hoping this guy will get me on during peak season. Has to be one of the best courses out there.

Alright, time to go get coffee and get things going.

Good afternoon,

Since it's Mother's Day in this part of the country we all enjoyed a day off from the offline job here. But since I'm self-employed I did a little demolition anyway.
After that the gf and I went to her grandmother and after that her parents for a little BBQ.
Now it's couch time...
